Question 1

How does the free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Every new account gets a free trial that ends on whichever runs out first — the 14 days, or the trial AI allowance. It grants the same access a paid plan does, so you can try Batayan against your real documents and questions before entering a card.

Question 2

What happens when I use up my AI allowance?

Accepted Answer

New AI work pauses until your allowance renews or you upgrade — every plan is capped, so the bill can never surprise you. Research and document processing draw faster than short questions, and you never lose access to your documents, matters, or exports in the meantime.

Question 3

What is the difference between Standard and Pro?

Accepted Answer

The model behind the answer. Standard is answered by our fast model, which is why it carries a generous allowance at its price. Pro is answered by our most capable model, retrieves more authorities, and runs more searches before it replies — and it reads scanned and photographed documents. Standard is the plan for volume; Pro is the plan for the hard questions.

Question 4

What is included in Firm?

Accepted Answer

Firm is our annual team plan: ₱79,990 billed yearly covers three seats, with additional seats at ₱1,999 each. Your team shares matters, documents, templates, and one AI allowance, and Firm includes guided setup, team training, and 24/7 support.

Question 5

Can I change or cancel my plan any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switch plans or cancel from your account settings whenever you like. A plan change takes effect immediately, and cancelling stops future billing — no contract, no lock-in.

Question 6

Does billing go by seat or by practice?

Accepted Answer

Standard and Pro cover one person. Firm is bought annually by the practice: ₱79,990 billed yearly covers three seats, and further seats are ₱1,999 each. It is the way for colleagues to share matters, documents, and templates, with one AI allowance shared across the team.

Question 7

What is the founding-member price?

Accepted Answer

The first 100 people to subscribe pay half the regular price of any plan, monthly or annual, for as long as they stay subscribed — including after switching plans, and on any extra Firm seats. If you cancel, the founding price ends with that subscription and is not offered again. The pricing table shows how many places are left, and your price is confirmed at checkout.

Question 8

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes — annual billing is effectively two months free on Standard and Pro. Firm is available only annually and is charged once a year.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cards and Maya, processed securely through PayMongo and billed in Philippine pesos. Your card is only charged at checkout — the free trial needs no payment method.
